Deposit
A non-refundable 20% deposit is payable on booking
Full Payment
Full payment is due 6 weeks before the departure date. If this is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to seek an alternative booking, with the cancellation charges then coming into effect.
Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason, the following charges will be payable.
- More than 6 weeks prior to commencement – 30%
- 4-6 weeks prior to commencement – 50%
- 4 weeks or less prior to commencement – 75%
- Less than 2 weeks – 100%
Refundable Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of £200 is payable with full payment, 6 weeks before arrival. Once we have received the full balance of the booking and the security deposit, the keys to the apartment will be posted to you via registered delivery. It is a condition of the return of the security deposit that these keys are returned via registered delivery immediately upon your return home.
You will be sent an inventory with your booking confirmation. The maid will check the contents of the apartment against this inventory when she cleans after your stay so you must let us know of any missing equipment as soon as possible at the start of your holiday.
The deposit will be refunded on departure less any deductions for the items listed above and upon safe return of the keys. It is hoped that we will never have to levy any such charge except in exceptional circumstances.
Liability
We assume no responsibility for the personal safety and security of guests (or their belongings or vehicles) whilst on our premises or using items or furnishings in the apartment.
Behaviour
We hope that you will have consideration for your neighbours, both those staying in the adjacent apartments and those who live nearby. Should we consider your behaviour to be unacceptable, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the apartment. No refunds will be made.
Water
Please note that water in the village is precious. The flat gets it water from an external water tank which will be filled before your arrival. Providing you are not wasteful, this should easily last a week. Should it run out it costs 40 Euros to have the tank re-filled. Information about how to do this is in the flat.
Cleaning
Please leave the apartment as you would like to find it. Basic cleaning equipment is available.
Arrivals/Departures
Arrival at the apartment on the first day should be after 3pm and departure from the apartment on the last day should be before 11am to allow the apartment to be cleaned.
