A 50% deposit is payable to confirm your booking
Full Payment
Full payment is due 6 weeks before the departure date. If this is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to seek an alternative booking, with the cancellation charges then coming into effect.
Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason, the following charges will be payable.
- More than 6 weeks prior to commencement – 30%
- 4-6 weeks prior to commencement – 50%
- 4 weeks or less prior to commencement – 75%
- Less than 2 weeks – 100%
Keys and security deposit.
There are two options:
A) Meet and greet service provided by local agency (50 Euros)
You will be met at a location of your choice (either at the apartment in Perast, Kotor old town, Tivat or Dubrovnik airport) The agency will give you the keys in exchange for a security deposit of 150 Euro. They will show you the flat and be your contact point during the stay should you have any problems. It can be useful to be taken to the flat as there are no street names or numbers in Perast, so it can be tricky to find, especially at night.
You will receive a welcome pack and a complimentary bottle of wine. The agency can also arrange airport transfer and door to door delivery of groceries for your arrival.
B) Key safe
Once we have received the full balance of the booking and a security deposit of £150 you will be given a security code to open the keysafe (located at the apartment) along with photo-instructions about how to find the apartment. If you are arriving at night bring a torch!
It is a condition of the return of the security deposit that these keys are replaced in the safe at the end of your stay. The safe will be checked on your departure.
Liability
We assume no responsibility for the personal safety and security of guests (or their belongings or vehicles) whilst on our premises or using items or furnishings in the apartment.
Behaviour
We hope that you will have consideration for your neighbours, both those staying in the adjacent apartments and those who live nearby. Should we consider your behaviour to be unacceptable, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the apartment. No refunds will be made.
Water
Please note that water in the village is precious. The flat gets it water from an external water tank which will be filled before your arrival and also during your stay if necessary.
Cleaning
Please leave the apartment as you would like to find it.
Arrivals/Departures
Arrival at the apartment on the first day should be after 3pm and departure from the apartment on the last day should be before 11am to allow the apartment to be cleaned.
