Prices are per week – longer periods can booked. These prices include laundry and cleaning before and after your departure. A meet and greet service is additional.

The following services can be arranged with advanced notice:
- Meet and greet (50 Euros)
You will be met at a location of your choice (the apartment in Perast, Dubrovnik and Tivat airports) by the local rental management agency. They will be your contact point and provide any assistance during your stay. You will also get a welcome pack and a complimentary bottle of wine. Please note that normal times for meet and greets are Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm. Outside these hours the agency charges an additional 25 Euro.
