The flat is situated at the edge of Perast approximately 300 metres above sea level and has lovely views of the bay and the charming Byzantine church just below.

Being above the waterfront bars and cafes, the location is very peaceful. Rest assured that the church bells only strike for a few minutes on Sunday morning and are silent throughout the rest of the week!
Pretty stone steps and and a path strewn with orange trees lead down to the shoreline less than two minutes away.
Parking is usually available on the road just is just a few metres above the flat and the small orthodox cemetery.

There is a small local shop nearby selling groceries, wine and beer. Most waterfront cafes and restaurants within a 5-minute walk
Although there are no sandy beaches in Perast you are free to sun-bath and swim by the many stone jetties along the waterfront. The water is very clean and lovely to swim in.

Kotor is 15 minute drive away or hourly buses will take you into town for €1.00
